We have all read recent PreCentral’s report that Palm is readying a new update 1.1.0 to webOS , which will bring the following updates for corporate users: IT-initiated remote wipe Required PIN with complexity Device wipe after a certain number of failed PIN attempts Auto-lock Improved digital certificates There are possibly other updates coming too and until this week, we were not sure at what stage this update was. Well, I have news for you. When I was playing with the Pre during my press brief with Palm and O2 , I went into the Device Info menu to see if something was different.
