Telus to launch GSM Pre and Pixi in January?

The Pixi is about to launch this Sunday November 15, on Sprint. There hasn’t been any word on when it will come out internationally or when the GSM Pixi will be available yet but, according to Mobile Syrup the Pixi and Pre will be arriving on Telus (Bell’s brand new shared HSPA network) in January 2010

Undocumented Improvments in the Pre 1.1 Include Better JavaScript Performance [Palm Pre]

With all the hubbub surrounding renewed syncing with iTunes , it’s easy to forget the other goodies Palm packed into the WebOS Update. Update 1.1 offers new audio notifications that have a richer tone, though users still cannot change sounds themselves. Animated drop down and context menus have also been added to WebOS and result in a more fluid user interface

How bad is your Palm Pre ‘twisting’?

We’ve heard of numerous reports of Palm Pres twisting and gaps appearing in between the screen and keyboard. But I think the photo above is the worst I’ve seen yet. May even be disturbing to some readers.
