The slow scything away at the Palm Pre Plus price continues, with Verizon pushing the webOS smartphone through a second bout of cost cuts that see it down to just $29.99 with a new, two-year contract. The cut follows an earlier discount , made last month, which saw the Pre Plus down to $49.99.
